Delivery costs
Delivery costs are free for France and they are the responsibility of the buyer for the rest of Europe and outside Europe. This amount is indicated in the shopping cart after you have entered and validated the delivery address. The shipping costs are calculated automatically according to the place of delivery of the weight and the total volume of the items ordered, so as to ensure the fairest possible cost.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The handling costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to combine your items in a single order. We cannot combine two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping charges will apply to each of them. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect the items.

Delivery method
Orders are shipped by DHL, MondialRelay or by LA POSTE in the COLISSIMO service to the delivery address indicated by the customer.
Delivery delay
Orders are shipped within 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). This period may be extended during a new collection period.
Shipments of personalized pre-order items are made from the date of finalization of the piece that you will communicate to us. If 2 items are in pre-orders, then the package will be shipped when it is complete (latest date) from the date of finalization of all the parts. We you we will communicate the date of dispatch.
As an indication, the delivery times are as follows:
DHL: 2-3 business days.
MondialRelay: 4-6 working days.
La Poste/Colissimo (Metropolitan France): 3-4 working days.
These deadlines are given for information only and depend on the carrier chosen when ordering, KaT in the R cannot be held responsible in the event of late delivery.

Return
The right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) working days only applies to unique pieces ordered on the website. They must be returned to us in perfect condition.
